Flexibility

Increase your flexibility by learning safe and effective stretching techniques that help to advance your dance, gymnastic or sport technique  tailored to each individual camper.  Enjoy the relaxation and lengthening of yoga, the dynamic approach of gymnastics, and feel the power in strengthening.  Campers learn the basics in anatomy and injury prevention that they will get to implement throughout their training process.

Dance Extreme

Evening Drop-In classes!!  Join us for up to 14 weeks of fun filled dance classes!!  Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Urban, Tap Flexibility/Conditioning, Ballet and so much more.

Kick off the spirit of summer with some sizzling dance excitement every Tuesday 5-7pm and Thursday 6-8pm throughout the entire summer.

Unlimited Class Pass comes with FREE Master Class workshop in September.

IN ADDITION TO DANCE TECHNIQUE OUR PROGRAM GOALS ARE:

  • Creative Expression: Dancers will work on improvising, manipulating rhythm, musicality and develop flexible thinking. Cognitive Competencies: Dancing helps develop a child’s vocabulary of symbolism; sizes, shapes and colours and provides guidance for paying attention until a task is complete.
  • Social Competence: Dancers interact with other, express emotions, practice sharing, taking turns and having and being friends.
  • Health: Refining large motor skills, understanding safety concerns, developing trust in their own capabilities along with the obvious effect on physical fitness are some of the health benefits of dancing.
